Delivery time:

Upon order is made, we will ship in a 2/3 days time. The estimated delivery time will be from 10 to 20 days. This could differ from country to country. Please be patiente and contact us if you think something’s wrong.

Shipping countries:

Smart-MI will ship to all Europe, but due to brand shipper limitations a list of most comun countries is listed in this page. Please check if your country is in the list. However, if you can proceed with your order till the end, the shipping is supported, don’t worry.

Shipping:

Smart-MI will ship orders from Germany or Poland, with tracking. Shipping is free of charge in any order. Custom duty’s will apply only to Kugoo and Kukudel orders to the UK.

Tracking orders:

All orders have tracking number sended by email as the order is shipped. Please follow the tracking information and contact us if something’s wrong.

Payment methods:
